For projects that need more than one trade
Some projects are too big for a single trade and too small to interest a full general contractor. A shop, a detached garage, a barn, a covered RV pad — these need coordination but they do not need a project management team.
We can carry the whole thing: the site work we self-perform, and the trades that have to come in scheduled and sequenced so nobody is standing around waiting for someone else.
Why the dirt work matters here
When the same outfit does the site work and coordinates the build, the pad elevation, the drainage, and the access are decided with the finished structure in mind rather than handed off as an assumption.
Most of the expensive coordination failures on small projects happen at that handoff — a pad set at the wrong elevation, a driveway that will not carry a concrete truck, utilities trenched where the footings are going.
What we self-perform
Site prep, excavation, grading, drainage, driveways, and septic are all in-house. That covers everything below and around a small structure.
Concrete, framing, electrical, and the rest come from trades we work with. We schedule them, we are on site, and you have one number to call rather than five.
Scope and honesty about it
This is small general contracting, not commercial construction. If a project is bigger than we should be carrying, we will say so — that conversation is cheaper for both of us at the estimate stage than halfway through.

Not sure if we are the right size?
Describe the project. If it is outside what we should take on, we will tell you that up front.
Tell us about the site.
Estimates are free, and we would rather look at it in person than guess.
